UK DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery is estimated to take 3–5 days after dispatch, depending on the option selected at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is on its way and include tracking details where available.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns Policy
We hope you’ll love your chosen piece. If you change your mind, most online purchases can be returned. Please let us know within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send your item back.
To arrange a return, use the return option in your customer account where available, or email hello@kimialiving.shop with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and confirm the return address.
Please pack your item securely and include any accessories. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; handling beyond this may result in a deduction for any loss in value.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. We do not charge a restocking fee. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue and cover reasonable return costs.
Eligible refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Exceptions and full details are set out in our policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
