2. Using our website

You must use our website lawfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, interfere with the website’s operation or use another person’s details without permission.

When placing an order or creating an account, please provide accurate and complete information. Keep your account login details confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products accurately, including their main characteristics, materials, dimensions and care requirements where relevant.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Any natural or handmade variations will be explained in the relevant product description. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

The applicable currency, product prices, delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.

We may change prices for future purchases. Changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

If we discover a pricing or product-description error before accepting your order, we will contact you with the correct information. You may choose whether to proceed or cancel for a full refund of any payment taken. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

5. Placing and accepting orders

After you place an order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted your order.

Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send an email confirming dispatch.

Before acceptance, we may be unable to fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery to your address is unavailable or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and promptly refund any payment taken.

Please check your order details carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

6. Delivery

Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated delivery times are provided before purchase.

We will deliver within the agreed timeframe or, if no timeframe has been agreed, within 30 days of accepting your order.

If a delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights to cancel or receive a refund when delivery is late.

We remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, other than the carrier. Different rules may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel an order, return an item or report a problem.

For most online purchases, you can change your mind by notifying us within 14 days of the day after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions apply to certain goods, as explained in that policy.

Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are separate from change-of-mind returns.

8. Your consumer rights

Goods supplied by us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If goods do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or was reasonably contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Website content

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and other content on this website belong to KIMIA LIVING or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal shopping and reference. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit our website, place an order or contact us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will appear on this page.

The terms in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. These terms do not restrict your right to bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
